Information you provide
Balncs may receive contact details, company and role context, employment history, profile links, deployment evidence, resumes, vacancy preferences and information included in correspondence.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess applications, introduce suitable candidates to authorised customers, operate search and research activities, improve Balncs methods and meet legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
Customer disclosure
For customer vacancies, relevant application information may be shared with the customer after suitability review and in accordance with the consent given at submission. Confidential customer identity may be disclosed later in the process.
Service providers and overseas handling
Forms and uploads are processed by Netlify and may be handled by configured email, storage and business-service providers. Providers may process information outside Australia. Access should be limited to people who need it for the stated purpose.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, enquiry, legal and legitimate business purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; do not submit source code, credentials or customer secrets.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw from future opportunity consideration or ask a privacy question by emailing contact@balncs.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
